Terms of Service

All payments will be made through Paypal and must be made in CHF (Swiss Francs) currency. Please wait for my invoice before making any payments however, thank you very much!

I have the right to refuse orders should I find myself incapable of doing them for any reason.

On average your commission will be done in roughly 2-3 weeks, depending on the type of commission and the amount of detail. Should there be any delays in this you will be notified immediately.

Any and all specific deadlines (meaning on a specific date/within a timeframe different from the one I have given) must be agreed on upon first commissioning me however. Any deadlines given, or changes to an existing deadline, after that point will be contractually invalid.

You are only purchasing the digital file of the artwork.

As the original artist I retain all rights to the art. You as the commissioner merely hold the rights to your own characters and designs.

As such I hold the right to publish the finished art to my social media and my portfolio to promote my work.

You as the commissioner are permitted to use the finished artwork exclusively for private, nonprofit purposes and are not permitted to reproduce, sell or otherwise make money from the artwork in any form. This includes permitting usage of such kind to any third party.

My watermark must remain on the artwork at any given time and may not be altered or removed, nor may the commissioner claim the artwork as their own creation.

Likewise, I do not allow any altering of the artwork without my explicit permission. This includes upgrading my sketch or linework to a coloured/rendered piece. You may trace over the art (with credit given) but may not include my watermark in the resulting artwork.

I will send one WIP after the completion of each step (Base composition, sketch, lines, flats, shading) at which point you are able to request changes based on the constrictions of your original commission request. After the WIP has been approved of I will move onto the next step, at which point no more changes to the former can be made.

Additional details or changes requested, that weren't part of the original commission request can be discussed and considered but are not contractually binding to consider the commission finished.

Any changes demanded for details the commissioner failed to provide in their original description are not contractually valid.

As the artist I can cancel and refund you the money for the services which had not yet been rendered at any point in the process, should I for some reason find myself incapable of fulfilling your request.

Refunds will only be granted for any services that have not yet been started. This refers to the individual steps of the commission (Composition, sketching, lining, colouring, shading). For the services that have already been finished or started I will be keeping the amount applying to the current state of the commission, as recorded on my list of commission fees.
